Rules:
Enter a digit in every area divided by horizontal/vertical/diagonal lines, so that every row/column contains each digit from 1 to N exactly once, where N is the number of digits to be filled in that row/column. Except for that apply Skyscrapers rules. (quoted from Toketa vol.3)
