Puzzle 088 - Fractional Skyscrapers

Fractional Skyscrapers was invented by Robert Vollmert.

Rules:
Enter a digit in every area divided by horizontal/vertical/diagonal lines, so that every row/column contains each digit from 1 to N exactly once, where N is the number of digits to be filled in that row/column. If a cell is divided bu a diagonal, value of the fraction is regarded as height of the skyscrapers in that cell. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers that can be seen from the corresponding direction. A skyscraper block visibility of other skyscrapers with lower or equal height.   (quoted from Toketa.vol 3)

Puzzle 084 - Japanese Sums with Zeroes

Place a digit from 0 to 6 into some cells so that no digit appears more than once in each row or column. Cells may remain empty. Numbers outside the grid indicate all sums of continuous groups of digits (including “sums” of a single digit) along that row or column. These groups are separated by empty cells (a cell with 0 is not considered empty). These sums are given in the same order as their corresponding groups of digits.
